| O.C.C's dedicated team of expert
international brokers (with an average of 12 years management
experience in the Industry) brings buyer's and seller's
together by matching a qualified buyers project with a
qualified sellers service bureau/Call Centre.
- What are the costs?
OCC spends a great amount of time in
researching and maintaining its database of : a) outsourcing
companies and, b) experienced and capable service bureaus
which are periodically inspected by our regional Brokers. Our
mission is to deliver value and results to our
clients.
There is no cost to the Outsourcer as OCC is paid a Brokerage Finder Fee by
the qualified, selected service bureau. This way the call centre therefore acknowledges the
value/importance of the highly qualified lead, and in turn
expects a fair opportunity to "earn your business".

| Step 1. FREE Needs Assessment.
(Needs Analysis and Evaluation) Oz Call Centre (OCC) assists clients to define;
a) their outsourcing needs and, b) the benefits that would follow from outsourcing. |

Step 2. FREE Vendor
Selection. From its database OCC then sources appropriately qualified
outsourcing partners. Quotes
are called for and evaluated, service pricing is negotiated and a
final recommendation is made to our client for a vendor who is able
to deliver high quality support and services and best campaign
quote.

Step 3. OPTIONAL fee
based Contract
Development. Assistance can be provided in
establishing Service Level Agreements with the selected
partner.
Step 4. OPTIONAL fee
based Campaign
Implementation and Management. OCC can assist with
implementation planning. OCC can also act as the client's agent in
overseeing and monitoring the life cycle of the outsource
contract. We can work to ensure Service Level Agreement
compliance, appropriate reporting and immediate follow-up to
variances. With a win-win approach OCC can oversee the work contract
through site visits and conference calls to ensue both
partners consistently achieve the set desired results. OCC can also
provide any mediation/Dispute Management services, vendor training
